Resistance

This work asks whether thorns—remnants of the past, protection forged through life in unsafe spaces—can transform into something else. Can resistance evolve from an automatic, survival-driven reaction into a conscious, deliberate choice? The word "résistance" woven into the plant reflects how traumatic experiences leave not only scars but also the capacity to stand firm, recognize oneself, and act with awareness. The color and texture of the thorns convey a tense, vital energy breaking through obstacles—resistance not as conflict, but as inner vitality and the gentle, intentional processing of past wounds, in dialogue with the poetic vision of Cosmism.
